Many cancer survivors benefit from information and support across a range of areas during and following their cancer treatment. This project aims to understand cancer survivors experience with follow-up care, especially in relation to survivorship care plans and treatment summaries.
The researcher: Professor Richard Cohn
Professor Richard Cohn is a paediatric oncologist at Sydney Children’s Hospital (SCH), Randwick, and Professor in the School of Women’s and Children’s Health at the University of New South Wales.
Professor Richard Cohn and postgraduate student, Rebecca Hill, will coordinate this project.
Who is eligible?
You are eligible to participate in this project if you have had a diagnosis of any type of cancer and have finished active treatment at least 6 months ago.
What does this project involve?
If you choose to take part in this project you will be asked to complete a short online questionnaire.
Where is the project being conducted?
This project is being conducted by the University of New South Wales. As it is an online study, it can be done at a time and place convenient for you.
