Thanks to the team at Limesurvey.org who have created a great product that has enabled the Baseline Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire to come to fruition.

Thank you also to Zettagrid.com who are helping us manage the extra demand on the Register4 website.

Legal Advice

One of the critical issues for the register is protecting a member’s privacy. We would like to thank Holman Webb Lawyers, who have spent many hours on this issue.

We would also like to extend our thanks to Blue Rock Law, who have also kindly provided advice to Register4 on IT and contractual matters. A big thank you also goes to Freehills, who have provided a great deal of advice around trade marks and related matters.
