Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire Advisory Group

There will be a series of Health and Lifestyle Questionnaires available through the Register4 website. The Epidemiological Questionnaire Design Advisory Group comprises experts from a range of disciplines and they are responsible for designing Health and Lifestyle Questionnaires that will be of most value to the wider research community.

The first Register4 Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire is the Baseline Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire which was launched in October 2011. This research project is now available for all members to take part in. Click here for more information.
